Judy Lee

Judith Lee serves as Controller for Eden Living, bringing more than 17 years of experience in financial management, banking, accounting, and treasury.

Judith administers the finances, cash flow, treasury affairs, audits, and oversees the financial integrity and stability of the company and its many projects.  She is currently overseeing 3 projects under construction, and another 9 projects in pre-development stages.  She also manages the relationships with the company’s banking partners, and reports directly to Humberto Vanegas, CFO of the company.

Judith has dedicated the past 7 years to financial leadership roles with leading multifamily residential and mixed-use developers in southeast Florida, overseeing construction costs in excess of $1 billion. Prior employers included Housing Trust Group with 4,000 units, Location Ventures with ultra-high-end condos and private estates, and Ocean Land Investments, managing 4 different upscale waterfront condo properties. She served as a realtor for 2 years before applying her background in finance and accounting to controller roles in the real estate development industry.

Judith earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Florida International University. During 9 years, she worked up to a senior financial accounting role with Miami-Dade Country Federal Credit Union, where she managed a $208 billion investment portfolio.

When not working, Judith enjoys life in her home in Kendall, which she shares with her husband and 2 children. She spends her spare time doing puzzles, watching documentaries, and going out with her family.
