Jacky Sasson

Jacky Sasson serves as VP of Land Development & Acquisition at Eden Living, supporting the company across several categories, including land acquisition, valuation, market analysis, underwriting, operations, negotiations, financial modeling, pre-development, and the entitlement process.

Previously, he worked at New Wave Loans, a private hard money lender, where he underwrote over $30M in both commercial and residential assets; MAS Development, where he participated in the acquisition, entitlement, and development of more than 4 million square feet of commercial and residential development; and Forestar Group (NYSE: FOR) where he led the acquisition and entitlement for residential projects.

Born in Bogota, Colombia, and raised in Miami, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Babson College in Massachusetts and studied abroad in Shanghai, China.
