Humberto Vanegas

Humberto Vanegas brings over 20 years of industry experience as CFO of Eden Living and Rivergate Companies, where he leads the accounting, budgeting, and financing initiatives.

He established his local expertise with various Miami-based firms, including CC Devco and The Related Group, where he developed specialized knowledge of South Florida markets. In previous roles, he was responsible for cash management, accounting and reporting, investor reporting, coordination of tax returns and audits, project financing, budget allocation and execution, project underwriting, real estate closings, and human resources.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida’s Fisher School of Accounting, as well as a master’s degree in Accounting from Florida International University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and holds a Real Estate Sales License. Humberto lives in Miami, and when not counting beans, he loves spending time with his wife and two children.
