Gerardo Aguirre

As Vice President of Development, Jerry oversees development for Eden Living.

He brings over a decade of residential real estate development experience to EDEN, having managed the development of over 1,000 units throughout Florida. Jerry previously worked at SH Communities as a Development Associate supervising the construction of apartments and single-family homes.

Jerry earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bentley University and an MSEL degree from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. In his spare time, he loves traveling and is a car enthusiast.
