Eden at Heritage Lakes

Eden at Heritage Lakes is a horizontal apartment and townhome community that will provide luxurious amenities and private living in West Melbourne in Brevard County. Dubbed the Space Coast, the area has been named the #2 place for economic growth nationally due to expanding aeronautical, defense and technology sectors.

The project is part of a greater mixed-use site, including retail and for-sale homes.

Eden at Heritage Lakes will consist of a hybrid of our cluster and townhomes, including 275 single-story horizontal apartments and 98 two-story townhomes with a 1-car garage and 1-car driveway.
