As co-founder, President and CEO of EDEN Living – Jay S. Jacobson, over his 30- year career in the multifamily industry, has developed over 25,000 multifamily units and invested in/acquired over 40,000 units in over 30 submarkets in 22 cities nationwide. Prior to forming EDEN Living with Jay Massirman, Mr. Jacobson served as the President of Stiles Residential Group in Fort Lauderdale and is a former national partner with Wood Partners. He was also a senior director of multifamily investments for Goldman Sachs Real Estate Services (fka Archon Group) and a managing director of Archstone Communities Trust. During his career, Mr. Jacobson has been involved in the oversight of over $5 billion in multifamily investment.

Mr. Massirman is co-founder of and serves as COO for EDEN Living. Jay is an experienced real estate professional that has been in the industry for almost 30 years. Jay also serves as Founder & CEO of Rivergate Companies, a multifaceted real estate investment firm actively engaged in multifamily development & investment, self storage development & investment, and

luxury residential property management.

Prior to forming Rivergate Companies in 2007, Jay spent 20 years with CBRE, a global real estate service provider. As a Vice Chairman he was a perennial top producer and actively involved in the sale and financing of more than 400 transactions including over 76,000 multifamily units with an aggregate value in excess of $10 billion.

Sergio G. Socolsky serves as CEO of America’s Capital Partners (ACP) headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Socolsky brings tremendous knowledge and depth from both a capital market and real estate perspective with over 30 years of vast domestic and international real estate investment, development, and construction experience. He is responsible for acquisitions, capital formation and development for ACP. He has spearheaded the company’s efforts in the development of self-storage, high-rise residential projects, and proprietary fund joint ventures. During his tenure at ACP, Mr. Socolsky has been instrumental in the acquisition and disposition of over $2.5 billion in commercial properties. Mr. Socolsky is the senior executive with the longest tenure at ACP spanning 20 years. Mr. Socolsky graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Mr. Fernán Gazmuri Arrieta is a Chairman at Capital Advisors Administradora General De Fondos SA, Partner of Capital Advisors Investment Funds, and various other real estate companies. In addition to his 20+ years of real estate experience, he is on the Board of Directors at Atton Hoteles SA . and was the Investment Manager of Las Américas A.F.I and Penta Inmobiliaria. He received his undergraduate degree in Commercial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
