Our approach is to deliver rental apartment homes at a competitive construction cost while still achieving significant project density. This program allows Eden Living to deliver units at a market cost basis that receives a rent premium over typical traditional multifamily apartments, yielding a higher overall return to the platform. For the resident, this model offers a unique living experience from that of traditional multifamily product. Each resident will benefit from the look and feel of a detached apartment home with private entrances and backyard space, all while still offering full service and amenities such as a clubhouse with a pool and fitness center at prices far less than traditional single family home ownership and rentership.

Horizontal apartments are traditionally located in suburban areas and have access to more privacy and outdoor space. Overall, they provide an alternative living experience to an individual seeking added privacy, a family with kids, or a senior couple looking to downsize with the flexibility of renting and the convenience of not having to self-maintain.

Rental housing has long been an important component of the nation’s housing stock. Currently there are more free-standing rental homes in the United States than there are apartment units contained in buildings with 10 or more units.

Eden Living targets 15-40 acres development sites for our BFR and Townhome product that contain the density and zoning parameters necessary. Eden is capable of running a site through a rezoning process and obtaining development approvals for unentitled opportunities.
